Building A Lasting Connection™ Premarital Counseling Workshop ~ Session 2

In session 2, you and your partner will begin to work through the second module of the Building a Lasting Connection Program. In this module, you and your partner will we will talk about ways couples communicate with each other and how they listen to each other: Communication.

In Session 2, you and your partner will learn:

➳ the types of communication

➳ types of communication styles; how we convey and receive information

➳ about a type of communication between couples called “Connecting Talk”

➳ how to use the Lasting Connections™ mat

➳ about accessibility, responsiveness and engagement

During your private conversation, you and your partner will then use the mat to help you in having successful “Connecting Talk.”
