Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop ~ Session 3
In session 3, you and your partner will begin to work through the second of the seven conversations of the Hold Me Tight® Program. In this second conversation, you and your partner will learn and talk about Finding the Raw Spots in the Demon Dialogues.
In Session 3, you and your partner will learn:
➳ what raw spots are and where they come from
➳ the negative responses to raw spots and how these responses are visceral, not on purpose
➳ how raw spots are exasperated by the Demon Dialogues
➳ about the universal raw spots
➳ the speed of emotion and the importance of slowing down emotional reactions
➳ how emotion makes us move in both helpful and harmful ways
➳ why we are so afraid to reveal raw spots to our partner
During your private conversation, you and your partner will begin to identify your raw spots and then begin to find the words to share them with each other in a safe way.
